Menus are subject to seasonal changes and availability.
Set up for your event can occur 30 minutes prior to your event commencement time. If further set up time is required, please discuss with management.
Please let us know of any guest dietary requirements at least 10 days prior to your event so we can best look after you and your guests.
BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
Bookings cannot be confirmed until this form has been completed and the deposit has been received.
A 50% deposit of the minimum spend is required to confirm your booking date.
We accept credit card payments or direct bank transfer.
Credit and debit cards incur a fee of 1.5%

The invoice issued prior to your event is to be paid in full with confirmation 3 days prior to your event.
At the conclusion of your event, your account will need to be finalised by credit card.
If another payment method is to be processed, please confirm prior to your event.
Cancellations received more than 3 months prior to the event date will receive a full refund, less a $200 admin fee.
Cancellations made less than 3 months prior to the event date will not be entitled to a refund of the 50% deposit.
Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the event will be charged in full.
CONFIRMING FINAL GUEST NUMBERS
Confirmation of final guest numbers is required 72 hours prior to the function date.
This number can increase or decrease between this time and the day of your event, however the number confirmed at 72 hours prior is the minimum amount that will be charged.
HIRING OF EQUIPMENT / EXTRA REQUIREMENTS
We have preferred suppliers that we work with and are happy to provide quotes for these services if required.
DELIVERY/PICK UP OF OUTSIDE EQUIPMENT
All deliveries to be confirmed with management prior to delivery. Nothing is to be left onsite after the conclusion of your event.
No external food or beverage is permitted into the premises unless prior permission has been obtained.
Any additional set up/pack down that is required to be carried out by King and Godfree staff may incur additional fees.
No nails, screws, adhesives or fastenings may be driven into or attached to the walls, doors, glass, floors, furniture, fittings and equipment without prior approval from King and Godfree.
Any goods, properties or materials brought in by or on behalf of the client, are the responsibility of the client to set up and pack down.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
King and Godfree upholds the best interests of all guests and reserves the right to remove any persons from the venue who are behaving irresponsibly.
Responsible service of alcohol and associated laws will be enforced during all events.
King and Godfree reserves the right in our absolute discretion to exclude or remove any person(s) exhibiting disruptive behaviour from the function or premises without liability.
The client shall conduct the function in an orderly manner and in full compliance with the rules of the management and in accordance with all applicable laws.
We assume no responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the client or their guests.
