Mortadella originates from Bologna in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. The name mortadella comes from the Latin term mortarium, the mortar used in old times to press pork’s meat. K&G mortadella is a classic and delicious example of this well known Italian smallgood.

Made from finely ground pork with green olives.
