Section 28 Mont Rouge Semi Soft Cow’s 200g
Section 28 Mont Rouge is made by Kym Masters if the Adelaide Hills. It is a semi-soft cheese with a lightly washed rind in the style of a Taleggio, that highlights the simple quality of the milk, collected fresh from the dairy.
It has a pungent aroma and a savoury flavour, with a slightly sweet finish that is mild milky. The Mont Rouge pate is ivory coloured, soft and supple, with a smooth, velvety texture and a clean finish.
Use as you would a Taleggio and melt into a variety of dishes, such as risotto, pasta and pizza.
