Candied cherries, pears, melons, figs, apricots and clementines infused with mustard seed oil from Cremona. Traditionally served in northern Italy with zampone, cotechino and roasted or boiled meats. It also is an excellent choice on a cheese board, with the piquancy of the mustard fruits complementing well to a strong cheese like gorgonzola.
