Apollonis ‘Palmyre’ Brut Nature NV
The origins of Apollonis can be traced back through Michel Loriot’s family to the 17th Century when his ancestors started growing vines in Champagne since 1675. Since then, 12 generations have followed including Paymyre and Leopold who built the village’s very first winery in 1903. The Apollonis ‘Palmyre’ Brut Nature NV is composed of 70% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay, it’s rich and textured with layers of crunchy apple, lemon pith and toast. A perfect accompaniment to a cheese plate or with grilled white fish.
