Per 6 Mini Sausages. Approx 240g variable weight.

Smaller cacciatori, approximately 60mm long, made with coarse minced pork meat, sweet peppers are added to the meat mixture as well as selected spices to give them their distinctive flavour. These are mild, tied with white string and the coarse meat mixture is filled into natural casings, hand tied and aged for a minimum of 4 weeks and then vacuum packed.
