Yes, it’s happening! We are so close to completing the much-anticipated transformation of King and Godfree and swinging open the doors to the Carlton neighbourhood!

The King and Godfree precinct is set to open mid November and will feature a deli and espresso bar, wine bar and bottle shop, basement cellar and rooftop bar.

We have near to finalising the recruitment of key positions however, we are still searching for an experienced:

  • Head Chef


We have also commenced the recruitment process for a range of front and back of house positions for each of our venues at King & Godfree including:

  • Cooks, Chefs, Sandwich Hands & Kitchen Hands
  • Baristas
  • Bar Staff and Waitstaff
  • Retail Deli staff

Head Chef

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the team and food production servicing the wine bar and espresso bar with a carefully crafted menu celebrating Italian traditional food with reimagined dishes based on seasonal local ingredients.


Chefs / Cooks / Kitchen Hands

We have a number of kitchen positions still available including chef de partie, demi chef and breakfast chef.


Front of House Service Team

We continue to recruit the service team for our much anticipated multi outlet Carlton venue due to open mid November 2018.
