Executive Chef

As Executive Chef, you will bring extensive experience in a similar role within a similar style of multi-outlet operation, preferably one with an Italian
or European influence. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be accountable for the operational success of the kitchen operations across the site.

The direction of the food offer at King & Godfree has been established as simple, traditional and authentic Italian flavours delivered in a modern context. Your role will be to interpret and execute this brief with creativity and enthusiasm and to deliver an experience of the highest standard.

You will demonstrate a strong capacity for team leadership, success at individual coaching and consistent achievement of monthly targets and quality standards. You will directly manage the senior kitchen team and indirectly the broader kitchen staff. Experience in this area will be well regarded.

A capacity to demonstrate strong financial acumen and understand the key industry benchmark metrics you will ultimately be responsible for is critical. Alongside kitchen budgets and forward planning, you will be accountable for identifying and implementing strategies that ensure key financial targets of revenue, labour cost and cost of goods are met.
