We are recruiting the full kitchen team for our much anticipated multi outlet Carlton venue due to open late October 2018.

  • Chef de partie
  • Demi chef / larder chef
  • Pasta chef

We have a number of kitchen positions available including sous chef, chef de partie, demi chef, breakfast chef and pasta chef and pastry chef.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • previous commercial cookery experience in contemporary casual and bistro style venues
  • a high level of interpersonal skills
  • attention to detail
  • flexibility to work a rotating roster
  • capacity to work under pressure and in a team environment
  • outstanding verbal communication skills
  • a dedication to food excellence and a passion to producing exceptional results
